AnnotateGene is a Python package that could automatically generate mutation annotation figure for genomic variants. It is designed to be user-friendly and efficient.
VQCC (under development)
Variant Quality Calculator and Classifier (VQCC) is a tool designed to perform post joint-calling false positive filtration. It is similar to GATK VQSR but considers more metrics while training the classifer, and runs faster with acceleration from GPU. It is still under development and testing. Hope it could be available soon.
