About Me:
I am a computation biologist trained in biology and bioinformatics. My research focus on genomics and transcriptomics analysis on sytemic lupus erythematosis (SLE). I am currently interested in integrating multi-omics data to investigate the pathogenic mechanisms underlying genes identified in GWAS and rare-variant association study (RVAS). I am also keen to developing statistical & Machine Learning methods to mitigate batch effects issue in whole-genome sequencing (WGS), and better call HLA gene allele types and non-HLA gene variants in MHC region using second-generation WGS.
Currently, I am in the final year of my Ph.D. and open to job opportunities. Please feel free to contact me if interested.
