I am a bioinformatician skilled in data analysis and algorithm development. My research interests include human genomics, transcriptomics, and epigentics.
Currently, I am a Ph.D. student in The University of Hong Kong (HKU), and my PhD project involves large-scale genetic data analysis for Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) using SNP Micro-array and Whole-genome sequencing technology (WGS).
